Something From My Childhood

ENG: In my childhood my favorite wardrobe attire were a pair of dark-blue flared leg jeans. They weren’t overly popular with rappers at a time, and even though I was into rock-n-roll, I liked the freedom of the clothing. It felt limitless, in which it was comfortable to drown in. I also wore stupid bright bandanas and with a persistence of many years I tried to explain to my mother that there is nothing more comfortable in this world than Adidas sneakers. Now, I sometimes catch a glance of myself in the mirror and I think that I most probably was a trouble child. And also, that the time goes on and people change (seven hells, how beautiful that is!). As for sneakers, only very rarely and only Converse.

RU: В детстве моим любимым предметом гардероба были темно-синие джинсы-трубы. Особой популярностью в то время они пользовались у репперов, и хотя я слушала рок-н-ролл, мне нравился свободный крой одежды. Точнее, безразмерный, в котором уютно утопать. А еще я носила дурацкие яркие банданы и с многолетним упорством пыталась объяснить своей маме, что удобнее кроссовок Adidas в этом мире ничего не существует. Сейчас я иногда ловлю себя в зеркале и думаю о том, что наверно я правда была сложным ребенком. А еще о том, что время идет и люди меняются (черт возьми, как же это прекрасно!). Если о кроссовках, то только в редкие моменты и только кеды Converse.
